Shortage of good restaurants in walking distance
We had a pleasant experience. The staff were very efficient and very friendly. It is lovely to be greeted with a lovely smile at the Reception desk.
It got very noisy during the midddle of the night. The people in the next room were very noisy.
The staff were extremely rude, complaining to us that it is "a very unpleasant experience" for them, referring to the 'Groove In The Moo' music festival being on in the area that weekend and putting all guests in the same bracket of being nuisances!
You could eat breakfast and not clean up.
The area felt unsafe.You have no varanda or fresh air.Paying for a car park as an extra.Building next door starting early..noise.

I would suggest that this hotel is best suited for or to the business traveler on an expense account.
Very expensive internet connection. It sholuld be free for all with laptops. Not well cleaned in the bathroom. Bad location Dirty windows Bad pool
I liked the location
I didnt like not being able to park in the carpark at night istayed there so I wouldnt have to drive home but had to reverse out of carpark as no space and little room to turn so very streessful after a long day and night and this was compounded by lack of acknowledgment of walking in by desk staff and then little interest in even interacting with me very disappointing as the staff to me can make or break a hotel stay the day staff were better but still seemed a bit low- all the staff were pleasent but I just sensed that they were not very happy or perhaps they were just tired like I was anyway I wish them all the best
The location is good. The restaurant is good and room service menu quite varied. Breakfast not quite so good. Coffee from machine tastes burnt, bakery selection is very limited, had run out of crossiants second day I was there, so probably wouldn't bother having breakfast again. Reception open 24 hours is good.
The decor is a bit dated. There aren't any wine glasses in the rooms. My room wasn't serviced overnight and housekeeping had gone home by the time I got back. Had to make do with getting clean towels and t-bags myself from reception. Parking is very expensive, particularly when there is very limited undercover parking.
Terrible part of the town. Reception staff were hopeless, arriving late they didn't know where restaurants were located. Car park too small. Overall poor rate and generally an awful hotel
Poor service, argumentative staff! On arrival in our first room we found 3 single beds when we returned to the service desk we were told that the computer stated that there was a double in the room and we were asked if we had a “good look”. After short discussion and proof that my eye side was working we were given a new room. Sunday morning 8 am we were woken by the phone call from service desk telling us to be quiet. I explained she woke us up with her call but I was told that somebody had complained. When asked if she had investigated the complained I was told that it was better that she told me and thereby preventing the person who made the complained from knocking on my door. I asked again if she had investigated the complained and explained that he would have noticed that it was not us who made the noise and there for not woken us like she just had.
It was in a good location for us, friendly and good value for money.
